Job summary

Chick-fil-A Harvard Park is seeking a Shift Leader who embodies our values, serves others, and leads by example in a high-volume restaurant. You will support senior leadership, coach Team Members, and help ensure daily operations run smoothly.

This role requires initiative, urgency, strong communication, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. You will open/close shifts, count drawers, and foster a positive, fast-paced team environment.

• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping Team Members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our 2nd Mile Service. A Shift Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively and coaching/developing Team Members. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
