Job summary

The Shift Leader at Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint Morgantown is responsible for driving sales and guest satisfaction during their shift, under the RGM/AM guidance. You’ll lead Team Members, manage operations, and ensure safety and brand standards while delivering fast, friendly service.

This role requires availability for evenings, weekends and holidays, with 1–2 years in quick-service and a HS diploma or GED. You may perform Team Member duties as needed to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• One to two years of previous quick-service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Follows all cash control and security procedures (e.g., safe counting, cash drawers).
• Maintains inventory by performing daily and weekly inventory inspections.
• Receives inventory truck orders.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to improve performance.
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Motivates Team Members during shifts at each workstation.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures that the restaurant upholds all operational and brand standards.
• Performs the duties of a Team Member when necessary.
