Job summary

Harri is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced food service team with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. The candidate should be reliable, flexible, and capable of standing for extended periods while delivering excellent customer service.

Food service experience is preferred; ServSafe certification is required within the first 6 months. A High School diploma or GED is a plus, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates knowledge of varied food service concepts and procedures.

• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience in leading and motivating staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and deposits are completed daily.
• Maintain daily reports and assist with inventory/order supplies.
• Oversee kitchen and dining area cleanliness and readiness for operation.

Job description

Shift Leader

The ideal candidate should exhibit a positive attitude and a professional appearance and demeanor. They should also be flexible, honest, self-motivated, hard-working, a quick learner, friendly, punctual, reliable, able to work for extended hours on their feet, and a good communicator. High School diploma, GED (or working towards) is a plus. Food service experience is preferred.

Compensation

• $18.28 to $19.28 per hour
