Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing restaurant shifts in accordance with company policies to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize profits. The role involves hands-on training of employees, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate behaviors within the restaurant.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader Position:

1. Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations, ensuring product quality standards are met.
2. Promote a safe working environment by modeling and requiring safe work behaviors.
3. Motivate and train team members.
4. Ensure equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained through preventative maintenance.
5. Maintain food quality and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
6. Execute corporate and local marketing plans effectively and on time.
7. Encourage recognition and motivation within the team.
8. Provide regular feedback to the team and Restaurant General Manager.
