Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing restaurant shifts according to company policies to ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization. This role involves hands-on work including employee training, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate behaviors in the restaurant.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader Position:

• Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure product quality standards are met.
• Create a safe working environment by modeling and requiring safe work behaviors.
• Motivate and train team members.
• Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds using a preventative maintenance program.
• Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Execute corporate and local marketing plans effectively.
• Lead recognition and motivation efforts.
• Provide regular feedback to the team and RGM.

Minimum Requirements: Is This You?

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in supervisory roles within the Quick Service Restaurant or retail industries.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic business math skills.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
