Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Brand Ambassador/Shift Leader in Toledo, OH. The role supports guests in selecting smoothies and retail products that align with fitness goals, and provides leadership when the General Manager is unavailable.

The successful candidate will embrace the brand culture, manage team members during shifts, handle cash, inventory, and store open/close duties, and ensure excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail customer service business.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to give and receive feedback.

• Ensures guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.

• Assists in team member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.

As a brand ambassador, Shift Leaders will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle! A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store.
