Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee overall shift operations, guest experience, and sales performance while ensuring brand excellence in the store. You will lead the team, assign tasks, train members, and follow operating policies and safety procedures to deliver great guest service.

The role involves opening/closing duties, promoting in-store promotions, managing food safety, controlling costs, and handling cash.

Qualifications

• Lead team members on shifts and provide training
• Know and uphold personnel policies, labor laws and safety procedures
• Promote guest service and resolve guest complaints
• Promote sales through suggestive selling and knowledge of promotions
• Count drawers and follow cash handling procedures
• Follow food safety requirements and manage costs on the shift

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing duties)
• Provide feedback and training to team members
• Utilize the huddle board to position the team and follow policies
• Ensure security procedures are executed (open/close procedures)
• Open, transition, and close shifts; promote guest service
• Resolve guest complaints/issues and ensure product quality
• Manage line operations and delegate duties; maintain in-store promotions knowledge
• Count drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures
• Complete required e-learning

As a Shift Leader for Little Caesars, you will be responsible for the overall shift operations, guest experience, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence in a store. In the absence of the manager, the shift leader effectively leads the team to execute great guest service and follows operating policies and procedures.

• Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing duties), providing feedback and training
• Utilize the huddle board to effectively position the teamKnow and support appropriate personnel policies, labor laws and safety procedures
• Ensure all security procedures are executed (safe procedures, open/close procedures etc.)
• Transition into opening/closing duties
• Make guests really happy by providing great guest service
• Resolve guest complaints/issues
• Lead team members to open, transition, and close shifts
• Manage and organize the line and delegate duties to team members
• Know and uphold standards for product quality
• Work the line as needed
• Promote sales on the shift through suggestive selling and knowledge on in-store promotions
• Execute and support all food safety requirements and practice
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift
• Count drawers and follow proper daily cash handling procedures
• Complete additional e-learning as required
