Job summary

Burger King Store #4848 in Enterprise, AL is hiring a Shift Leader to lead a team, manage operations, and drive guest satisfaction on a fast-paced shift.

You'll gain hands-on experience across stations and have a clear path toward Assistant Manager and General Manager roles, with opportunities for evenings, weekends, and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Strong guest service orientation and team leadership.
• Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members across every workstation during your shift.

• Maintain cash control, security procedures, and inventory accuracy.
