We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel—adding flavor and holding it all together!

What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Empower Shift Leaders to set morale and tone, provide feedback, and coach team members. Open and close the store with minimal supervision. Ensure quality food and beverages, and a safe, clean environment. This role offers growth opportunities, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders or Team Members. If you love making mornings special, we want to hear from you!

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability for varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• ServSafe Certification (or able to acquire it before training completion)
• Valid driver’s license (preferred at some locations) and driving qualifications

Hourly Rate:

$14.57 - $21.86 per hour
