The Job / What You'll Do:


The Supervisor of Clinical Services effectively initiates, communicates, and collaborates with the contact center leadership on program service delivery, training, and clinical initiatives. They directly supervise a team of crisis specialists to assist with skill development and delivery of crisis intervention services that incorporate brief interventions and crisis risk assessments with trauma-informed practices.


Work schedule:


  • Sun-Tues 1700-0500 / Wed 1700-2100

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct clinical oversight and administrative supervision as delegated by the Director of Clinical Services in our 24/7/365 Contact Center.
  • Use appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to coach others, providing timely guidance and feedback.
  • Assist in the development, review, and update of crisis services and clinical policies; responsible for crisis services and clinical procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical and crisis key performance indicators.
  • Complete quality and compliance audits; ensure feedback loops for performance improvement.
  • Provide coaching and oversight to team leads for effective management of call center operations.
  • Train all new team leads, crisis agents, and peer support specialists.
  • Implement trauma-informed care practices into clinical oversight, supervision, and policies.
  • Collaborate with contact center leadership on program service delivery, training, evaluation, clinical initiatives, and new projects.
  • Rotating clinical on-call responsibilities.
  • Provide real-time staff support through staffing, call monitoring, and answering incoming crisis calls.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Education & Experience:


  • Master's Degree.
  • Current CO Behavioral Health License (LPC, LCSW, PSY, LMSW, LMFT, LISAC) OR out-of-state license with CO BH Board Endorsement.
  • 5+ years of behavioral health experience, including 1 year of clinical management.
  • 2+ years of crisis intervention experience.
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience.
  • Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
