Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support or work stations as needed, including kitchen.
• Prep food and complete side work; follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintain Health Department Standards and alcohol handling policies.

Your role as a Taziki's Shift Leader:

• Serving guests and making meaningful connections with them
• Opening & closing tasks
• Being responsible for the restaurant and the team when a manager isn't on duty
• Setting the tone for the shift and giving clear, calm directions to your team about their duties
• Mastering menu and product knowledge
• Supporting or working stations when needed (including kitchen)
• Prepping food and doing side work
• Following proper cash handling and payment procedures
• Maintaining Health Department Standards throughout each shift
• Following proper Alcohol Handling policies and procedures
• Proper food handling and storage of food products
• Maintaining proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance

The ideal team member:

• Must be 21 years of age

All employees must:

Your working conditions/hours:

Hours will vary by store.

You may work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment, which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer, and food processor.
