Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr

We are a fast-growing Franchise Group opening stores throughout Morris and Mercer Counties with opportunities for future Shift Leaders, Assistant Managers, and General Managers.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations and workers during scheduled shifts
  • Manage cash, resolve conflicts, and check equipment
  • Ensure smooth and effective shift execution
  • Provide direction and feedback to staff
  • Train and coach new employees
  • Inspect equipment and communicate repair needs
  • Check cash drawers and prepare deposits
  • Follow health and safety standards
  • Address customer and employee complaints
  • Resolve conflicts and foster a positive work environment
