As aShift Leader at ourCoastal Carolina store located at201 Graduate Road, Conway SC 29526, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" (and beyond), by predicting the flow of business during a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership style should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. It will also mean taking pride in knowing that your leadership as a Shift Leader contributes to a productive and enjoyable night for your store!

WHAT WILL I DO AS A SHIFT LEADER?

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests during their visit
• Support store operations during your shift by maintaining communication, monitoring production efficiency, ensuring team adherence to standards, and assisting in training and coaching team members
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and staff, following safe food handling practices
• Manage cash handling and deposits

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
