Job summary

Cicis Pizza is seeking a Shift Leader in a fast-paced, customer-focused shop. You will run shifts, lead with personality, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong hospitality, teamwork, and time-management skills; the role requires on‑the‑floor presence most of the shift and physical endurance to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must pass Food Safety Certification within 45 days of start.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean shop.
• Best in class hospitality demonstrated daily.
• Strong time-management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and oversee day-to-day store operations.
• Lead with personality to ensure guests and employees leave smiling.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
• Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds and be on the shop floor 80–90% of the shift.

In Shop Requirements

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop.
• Best in class hospitality
• As a requirement of the position, shift leaders must pass a Food Safety Certification course within 45 days of start.
• Strong time-management skills. Ability to multi-task, to prioritize, and to organize.
• Must spend 80-90% of working shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Be able to lift at least 30 pounds regularly and frequently reach, crouch, squat + bend
• Be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours or as needed
• Be able to handle a knife confidently
• Be able to speak conversational English
