Cicis Pizza in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Shift Leader to manage shifts and lead daily operations with a customer-first mindset. You will drive hospitality excellence, oversee front-of-house activities, and ensure teams deliver smiles to guests.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills, reliable time management, and the ability to work on the shop floor with a focus on safety and efficiency. This role supports growth opportunities and team success.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop.
• Best in class hospitality.
• Must pass Food Safety Certification within 45 days of start.
• Strong time-management skills; multi-tasking, prioritizing and organizing.
• Must spend 80-90% of shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Be able to lift at least 30 pounds regularly.
• Be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours.
• Be able to handle a knife confidently.
• Be able to speak conversational English.

In Shop Requirements

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop.
• Best in class hospitality
• As a requirement of the position, shift leaders must pass a Food Safety Certification course within 45 days of start.
• Strong time-management skills. Ability to multi-task, to prioritize, and to organize.
