Job summary

Cicis Pizza in Bel Air, MD is seeking a Shift Leader who can run shifts with energy, lead the team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering smiles to guests and teammates.

You will prioritize hospitality, safety, and efficiency; complete required Food Safety Certification within 45 days; spend most of your shift on the floor; lift up to 30 pounds; and speak conversational English.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop.
• Best in class hospitality.
• Shift Leaders must pass a Food Safety Certification course within 45 days of start.
• Strong time-management skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize.
• Must spend 80-90% of shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Able to lift at least 30 pounds regularly and frequently reach, crouch, squat + bend.
• Be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours.
• Be able to handle a knife confidently.
• Be able to speak conversational English.
