Job summary

Cicis Pizza in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Shift Leader to run shifts, lead with energy, and execute day-to-day operations while ensuring guests and team members leave smiling. You will be on the floor most of your shift, manage a fast-paced, high-volume shop, and uphold best-in-class hospitality.

A Food Safety Certification within 45 days is required; strong time-management and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop.
• Best in class hospitality.
• Pass a Food Safety Certification course within 45 days of start.
• Strong time-management, multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization.
• Must spend 80-90% of shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Lift at least 30 pounds; mobility required for up to 8 hours.
• Able to handle a knife confidently and speak conversational English.

In Shop Requirements

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop.
• Best in class hospitality
• As a requirement of the position, shift leaders must pass a Food Safety Certification course within 45 days of start.
• Strong time-management skills. Ability to multi-task, to prioritize, and to organize.
• Must spend 80-90% of working shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Be able to lift at least 30 pounds regularly and frequently reach, crouch, squat + bend
• Be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours or as needed
• Be able to handle a knife confidently
