Job summary

Cicis Pizza in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Shift Leader to run shifts, lead with personality, and ensure day-to-day operations keep guests and teammates smiling.

You will manage a fast-paced, high-volume shop, uphold hospitality and food-safety standards, and spend most of your shift on the floor helping customers and teammates while lifting up to 30 pounds and working up to 8 hours. These tasks require conversational English and reliable time-management.

Qualifications

• Pass Food Safety Certification within 45 days of start.
• Manage a fast-paced, high-volume shop with customer focus.
• Deliver best-in-class hospitality and service.
• Speak conversational English.
• Lift up to 30 pounds regularly and be able to move for extended periods.

In Shop Requirements

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop.
• Best in class hospitality
• As a requirement of the position, shift leaders must pass a Food Safety Certification course within 45 days of start.
• Strong time-management skills. Ability to multi-task, to prioritize, and to organize.
• Must spend 80-90% of working shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Be able to lift at least 30 pounds regularly and frequently reach, crouch, squat + bend
• Be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours or as needed
• Be able to handle a knife confidently
• Be able to speak conversational English
