Cicis Pizza in Arlington, VA is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to run shifts, lead with personality, and ensure day-to-day operations keep guests and teammates smiling.

The role emphasizes on-floor leadership, fast-paced hospitality, and a commitment to food safety. You’ll manage tasks, train teammates, and uphold Cicis standards while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop.
• Best in class hospitality.
• Pass a Food Safety Certification course within 45 days of start.
• Strong time-management, multi-tasking, organization.
• Must speak conversational English.
• Must spend 80-90% of the shift on the floor/front of shop.

In Shop Requirements

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop.
• Best in class hospitality
• As a requirement of the position, shift leaders must pass a Food Safety Certification course within 45 days of start.
• Strong time-management skills. Ability to multi-task, to prioritize, and to organize.
• Must spend 80-90% of working shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Be able to lift at least 30 pounds regularly and frequently reach, crouch, squat + bend
• Be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours or as needed
• Be able to handle a knife confidently
• Be able to speak conversational English
