Shift Leaders are an essential part of our restaurant. Our commitment to Fresh, Authentic and Bold (FAB) flavors starts with managing team members and upholding company standards. The shift leader supports the Assistant GM and the General Manager. They lead by example, assist employees with daily routines and tasks, and maintain Raydal Hospitality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for some opening and closing shifts.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards.
• Check and correct prep for that service/day.
• Maintain labor as per the GM schedule or projected sales.
• Manage and assist to meet ticket time standards, food preparation standards, and plating standards.
• Create a healthy working environment for our employees.
• Help achieve sales goals through upselling, table touches, and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year full-service restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Serv Safe certification recommended (training provided upon hiring).
• Computer literate with basic math skills.
• Ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching.
• Flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.
