Responsibilities include overseeing crew members, coaching, training on policies and procedures, opening/closing the restaurant, creating excellent guest experiences, and contributing to cost and profit goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: Must be an EPL Crewmember certified on all EPL SPECS positions or have at least 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; must pass EPL Food Safety Audit upon hire.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills; bilingual is a plus.
• Skills: Basic math, computer skills, and strong customer service skills.
• Food Handler Card: Serve Safe Certificate required at hire or upon obtaining it.
• Work Hours: Full-time, with potential overtime.
• Career Growth: Opportunities to advance from Shift Leader to higher management roles.
• Attire: EPL logo shirt provided, black slacks, and no-slip shoes required.
