Smoothie King in Brownsville, TX, is seeking a Shift Leader to greet guests, blend smoothies, and ensure each visit helps customers meet their fitness and nutrition goals. The role supports team members when the GM is away, manages opening/closing duties, cash handling, and inventory, while living the brand's culture and values.

The candidate must be reliable with strong communication, POS knowledge, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; a flexible schedule and employee discounts are offered.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or retail customer service business.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to give/receive feedback.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality and cash handling.
• MS Office knowledge is required.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Greets guests and ensures the guest's purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Preps fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties and store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work; upholds brand culture and values.
• Assists in team member management during shifts; handles inventory tasks.

As a brand ambassador, Shift Leaders will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle! A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store. The successful shift leader will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.

Essential Functions
