Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring a Shift Leader/Brand Ambassador to help guests meet fitness and nutrition goals by guiding selections of smoothies and retail products. You’ll also support team members when the General Manager is not in the store and model the brand’s culture and mission.

The role requires reliable, customer-focused individuals with at least 1 year in service, knowledge of POS systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexible scheduling and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or similar retail customer service business.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
