Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Shift Leader to guide guests toward healthy choices and support team members when the GM is away. You will blend smoothies, manage daily tasks, and ensure a welcoming, energetic store atmosphere.

The role emphasizes punctuality, reliability, and brand alignment with our health-focused mission. As a Shift Leader, you will assist in team member management, handle POS duties, and help maintain inventory while upholding Smoothie King standards and customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail customer service business.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledge of general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to give/receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable.

• Blend delicious smoothies.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and meet the guest's purpose when ordering.
• Greet and engage guests to provide a friendly experience.
• Prepare all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Complete store checklist tasks.
• Be punctual and ready to work.
• Live and promote Smoothie King culture, values, and mission.
• Assist in team member management during shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/close store assignments.

As a brand ambassador, Shift Leaders will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle! A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store. The successful shift leader will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.
