Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Brand Ambassador/Shift Leader who helps guests meet fitness and nutrition goals by guiding them to smoothies and retail products. A Shift Leader provides guidance when the GM is not in the store and embraces new challenges while representing the brand values.

The role requires at least 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to manage team during shifts, cash handling, inventory,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.

A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store.
