Smoothie King is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily operations and guest engagement in our store. You will blend smoothies, greet guests, prep ingredients, and help manage team members during shifts. You’ll also handle opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and inventory while promoting the company culture.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office. Flexible schedule and employee discount accompany the position.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or retail customer service.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledge of general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable.

As a brand ambassador, Shift Leaders will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle! A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store. The successful shift leader will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.
