Responsibilities

1. Support management in daily restaurant operations.
2. Coach staff to deliver excellent customer service.
3. Ensure high-quality food production.
4. Handle cash and follow training protocols.
5. Develop team members for career growth.
6. Enforce policies and procedures.
7. Participate in marketing initiatives.
8. Build sales and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
9. Obtain certifications in all restaurant positions.
10. Communicate effectively and demonstrate a sense of urgency.

Expectations

1. Move or transport up to 50 lbs as needed.
2. Work 38-40 hours per week.
3. Arrive reliably to work.
4. Communicate issues with management.
5. Lead by example in quality and customer interaction.
6. Create consistent, high-quality food.
7. Maintain a clean, fast-paced environment.
8. Interface with customers to provide exceptional service.
9. Manage a team of 2-5 crew members.
10. Be proficient in slicing and all prep tasks.
