Position Overview

Reports To: Restaurant General Manager
Department: Field Operations

Job Summary: To serve as a restaurant leader, providing coaching, training, and development to Team Members to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Oversee proper preparation and serving of menu products.
• Assign and monitor team activities.
• Assist team members in preparing quality products, providing service, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Demonstrate proper procedures and enforce safety policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties as per checklists.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of food products.
• Maintain professional leadership behaviors.
• Ensure punctual attendance of all staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Functional Skills

• Complete sales reports, bank deposits, and inventory forms accurately.
• Manage inventory and payroll entries in POS system.
• Ensure proper POS system shutdown at close.
• Adhere to cash handling and security procedures.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Complete the Shift Leader certification program.
