Job summary

Papa John's International , Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to set the tone and lead the crew during each shift. You will manage product quality, customer relations, and store operations while supporting profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant shift lead experience required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone and lead the whole crew during the shift.
• Be responsible for everything during the shift including product quality and customer relations.
• Coordinate driver dispatch and inventory control.
• Support store profitability and smooth daily operations.
