Job summary

Papa John's Bremen Xing is seeking a Shift Leader to set the tone and lead the crew during shifts. You’ll be responsible for product quality, customer relations, and store profitability while coordinating driver dispatch and inventory control.

This role offers flexible hours, the chance to advance into upper management, daily tips when at the register, and employee discounts within a supportive franchise team.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant shift lead experience required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
