Candidate Behaviors:

• Assist in managing overall restaurant operations alongside the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Responsibilities include staffing, training, record keeping, guest service, product quality, cleanliness, safety, regulatory compliance, and achieving financial and operational goals.
• Work shifts typically lasting 10 hours, mostly standing. Ability to lift 25-40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, reaching, and bending is required.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors through verbal and written means.
• Accurately complete manual and computer-based records, monitor quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
