What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone, provide feedback, coach team members, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders or Team Members. If you enjoy making mornings better for others, we’d love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• Possession or ability to acquire a ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion
• Valid driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations, and meeting company driving qualifications
