We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver excellent guest experiences. They open and close the store, provide coaching, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders, offering growth opportunities.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends

• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain before training completion)
• Valid driver’s license (preferred but location-dependent)
