We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set team morale, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background check
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain it before training completion
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required at all locations
• Tip eligibility varies by state
