As a Shift Leader at our GTU store located at 930 Spring St NW, Atlanta GA 30309, you are the captain of our bakery day or night! You understand what it takes to “Own the Night” (and beyond), by predicting the flow of business during a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership style should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. It will also mean taking pride in knowing that your leadership as an Insomniac contributes to a productive and fun night for your store!

What Will I Do as a Shift Leader?

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests
• Support store operations by maintaining efficiency, communicating important information, and coaching team members
• Prioritize and delegate tasks like baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
• Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew
• Ensure a safe, clean environment adhering to food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and deposits

Desired Skills and Experience:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Point of Sale system experience
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, patient demeanor
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Leadership by example and motivating others
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 or older
