Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead in Alachua, FL to lead a team on the floor, maximizing productivity while upholding safety standards. You’ll partner with the On-Site Manager to set shift schedules, recruit and develop staff, and ensure HR and safety policies are followed.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of supervisor or lead experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and forklift certification. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules to best service the local customers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms.
• Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility.
• Check to make sure loads are secure.
• Ensure daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment are performed.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Perform basic financial data entry.
• Execute assignments accurately, timely and safely.
