Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead for the 3rd shift (Saturday–Monday, 6:00pm–6:00am) in Stuarts Draft, VA. You will supervise and develop team members, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate schedules with the On-Site Manager to serve local customers.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisor experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and forklift certification. Competitive benefits and veteran crew environment offered.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with On-Site Manager to set shift schedules for local customers.
Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
Ensure safety and HR policies are followed.
Order and maintain supplies; arrange for equipment maintenance.
Assist with forklift duties as needed.
Track movements on proper forms.
Assist with employee relations locally with the OSM.
Load/unload materials and move to the appropriate staging area; ensure loads are secure.
Perform daily equipment checks on Industrial power equipment.
Inspect products for conformance to quality standards.
Perform basic financial data entry.
Execute assignments accurately, timely and safely.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
