Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or veterinary technician certification/licensure preferred.
• Two years of experience in healthcare, veterinary profession, or service industry required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, multi-location coordination and strong client service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as CSC or veterinary assistant/technician with duties including client education and handling routine procedures.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and managing client flow to maximize productivity.
• Provide high-quality service, oversee paraprofessional team, and ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas.
