Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise paraprofessional staff and support hospital leadership across shifts. The role blends clinical assistance with leadership duties to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.

You will work with the Practice Manager to ensure effective communication with clients, associates, and leadership, while maintaining Banfield protocols and compliance in a fast-paced veterinary setting.
