Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to perform roles of a Client Services Coordinator or Vet Assistant when needed, working with Practice Manager or COS to maximize hospital productivity and client satisfaction. You will help lead a team to deliver high-quality care for pets and excellent client experiences.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years in a veterinary hospital, be able to schedule staff, and maintain Banfield protocols while upholding our culture and brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.
• Willing to work weekends and evenings.
• Comfortable in a loud environment with strong smells.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team when needed and ensure quality medical care, client service, associate engagement and maximum productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient client service and educate clients about care plans and hospital services.
• Schedule associates to meet client needs and proactively plan CE and time off.
