Do-Rite Donuts is hiring an HOURLY FOH SUPERVISOR in Chicago to manage front-of-house shifts, oversee POS/timekeeping, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You’ll support scheduling, staff training, and adherence to food safety and company standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a culture of caring for guests and staff, with opportunities for growth and involvement in daily operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising front-of-house teams in fast-casual or quick-service environments.
• Strong guest-service orientation and ability to balance speed with quality.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to train and retain staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise FOH teams across shifts to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and supervise POS/timekeeping functions.
• Coordinate with management to schedule staff and manage breaks.
• Support in food safety, sanitation, and daily operations standards.
• Provide guidance to hourly employees and mentor team members.
