Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store goals. You will train Team Members, uphold brand standards, and complete RPM training including Pizza College courses.

Role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work a schedule including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment. This is a non-exempt, in-store position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and 21 to drive where required.
• Completion of RPM training programs including Pizza College.
• Strong communication and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and lead Team Members on shift to meet service goals.
• Support store goals, uphold brand standards, and training.
• Manage scheduling, labor, attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Partner with General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
