Job summary

RPM Pizza in Pineville, LA seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee shifts, deliver great customer service, and support daily operations under the General Manager. You will lead Team Members, uphold brand standards, and complete Domino’s and RPM training programs.

This role focuses on scheduling, safety, and community-minded leadership, with opportunities for growth through RPM Pizza College and performance bonuses. You will work nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
