Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support mission and align actions with Chattanooga Goodwill's values.
• Supervise store personnel during assigned shift to meet standards.
• Develop, train, coach, and support store associates for growth.
• Greet and assist donors and customers with excellent service.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure punctual attendance.
• Follow SOPs and safety policies; attend trainings as required.
