Job summary

Wings Over in State College is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise store Crew Members, open or close the store, and assist with cash drawers. You will work side by side with the team to uphold Wings Over standards and provide strong leadership.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of supervisor experience in food/hospitality, holds Serv-Safe certification, and can communicate clearly while coaching others. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of store-level supervisor experience preferred.
• Required Serv-Safe Certification.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crew Members and assist with opening/closing.
• Assist with cash drawers and bank deposits.
• Model Wings Over standards and behaviors.
• Maintain clean, safe workstations and follow sanitation guidelines.
• Provide coaching to Crew Members and ensure smooth operations.
