Job summary

SkyChefs, a trusted partner to airlines and retailers, is seeking a Supervisor Assistant in Miami to help manage the shift within the Customer Service Center (CSC). The role focuses on coordinating daily activities, safety, and service quality on-site.

You will support the Supervisor, assist with scheduling, monitor compliance with FDA/USDA/OSHA standards, and guide team members through coaching and performance discussions. Bilingual Spanish or Creole is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor with daily area/department activities in the CSC.
• Help schedule and control staff to meet productivity and overtime targets.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, HACCP standards.
• Document and follow up on department processes.
• Organize staffing and direct the area; mentor and motivate employees.
• Participate in coaching and performance discussions with Supervisor.
