Job summary

Crumbl is hiring Shift Leads for both part-time and full-time roles in Morrisville, NC. No baking experience is required—we’ll train you while you earn. You’ll join a fun, fast-paced team, learn new skills, and help delight customers with a sweet experience.

Starting pay is $12–$14/hour plus tips, with total pay of $15–$18/hour depending on experience. Flexible shifts are available, and there are opportunities to advance to leadership roles as you grow with the company.
