Job summary

RPM Pizza in Destrehan, LA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations on a part-time basis. You will run shifts, ensure customer service excellence, support scheduling and inventory, and coach Team Members to meet performance goals.

You will assist the General Manager, uphold brand standards, and complete Domino’s and RPM training, including Pizza College courses, to grow leadership skills and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and 21+ to drive where required.
• Successful completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
