Job summary

RPM Pizza in Leesville, LA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, run shifts, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting store goals and upholding Domino’s and RPM brand standards. You will complete Domino’s and RPM training programs, including Pizza College.

This role requires scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and offers ongoing leadership development through RPM Pizza College to help you grow into a store leadership position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and 21+ to drive.
• Successfully complete RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
