Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Chicago to support the Store Management team. You will lead staff when no manager is onsite, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes supervising store crews, ensuring confidentiality, and maintaining appealing merchandise presentation and stock levels. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Manage merchandise presentation, pricing, stock shelves and weekly promotional displays.
